4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Faridabad or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site
(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the |
bidder would require |
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained |
by submitting a questionnaire |
available at our SRM |
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not |
allotted any vendor code are required to |
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale |

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Supply of High Mast for jajru plant
PDI is applicable so vendor to submit QAP in NTPC Format for NTPC approval
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of
bidding documents. |

Qualifying Requirements for Bidders: |
|
|
|

A Qualifying Requirements for Bid Validation : |
|
|
|
|
1.0)The Bidder should be a manufacturer & should have |
supplied ,installed & |
commissioned of minimum five(05) nos of |
20 meter high lighting mast or higher size lighting mast |
on or before one(01) |
yeras as on date of bid opening . |
2.0)The bidder should have executed the supply ,installation & commissioning of 20 meter |
high lighting mast as |
mentioned in clause #1.0# above meeting the following criteria as on date of bid opening. |

3.0)The |
bidder should have executed at least |
one |
order |
of value not less than |
Rs 16.73 lacs in single order |
|

or two orders of atleast Rs 10.45 lacs each or three orders of at least Rs 8.36 lacs each ,during last |
|
|
seven finanacial years ending on 31.03.2015. |

4.0) The |
average annual turn-over of the bidder in |
the preceding three financial |
years i.e 2014-15 |

Notes:
(i)The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract not completed /closed .
(ii)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
(iii)In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available ,certification of
financial statements from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be considered acceptable .
(iv)Bidder has to submit all documentary evidence in support of above requirements.
(v)Bidder must have the license for working on 20 meter & above height High Mast .
(vi)NTPC has the right to access capability & capacity of the bidder
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
