3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid

submission closing

date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security

and Integrity

Pact (if applicable)

shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at District Bilaspur or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Supply,Installation and Commissioning of IP based EPABX system

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR SUR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIOING OF IP BASED EP ABX SYSTEM

The committee recommends the following qualifying requirements for publication of NIT of Supply, Installation and

Commissioning of IP based EP ABX system for NTPC

Sipat# for bidders who wish to participanies in the bidding .

1 Bidder should be a manufacturer of the tendered

item (IP based telephone Exchange). The full address off their

manufacturing works with the copy of their valid registration with NSIC/SSI/DIC/DGS&D/ Registration of

companies in

their

own names to submitted with

the offer.

 

OR

 

 

 

In case, as a matter of policy, any

manufacturer (s) does not marked their product (s) directed.

 

(A)

Then such manufacturer(s) may submit their offer through their authorized partner and in such case

authorization

certificate valid on due date of tender opening (in original specifying the tender Reference) in the name of bidder from manufacturer for the tendered items should be submitted by the bidder along with the offer, failing which the offer will stand rejected.

(B)In case of goods of imported origin, authorized Indian Agent (bidder) of foreign manufacturer is also authorized to

quote along with

authenticated authority letter valid on due date of tender opening (in

original specifying

the tender

Reference) in the

name of India agent

(bidder) from foreign manufacturer of the tendered items. In absence of such

authority letter, offer of Indian agent on

behalf of foreign manufacturer, will stand rejected.

 

 

The bidder should

have executed the work of #supply, Installation & Commissioning of

IP based exchange

based on

server-Gateway, architecture of offered make comprising hybrid end point mixture i.e. IP &TDM (Analog &Digital) end points, during last seven (07) years as on the date of bid opening :

a.One order of value not less than Rs. 39.82 Lakhs.

OR

b. Two orders of value not less than Rs.24.89 Lakhs each

OR

c.Three orders of value not less than Rs.19.91 Lakhs each

1)The value shown above in single/Two/Three contracts shall be towards the cost of exchange

2)only, without consideration of other items, if any included in such contracts.

3)The IP based exchange supplied & commissioned as per above orders must be in successful operation for at least one

year from the date of commissioning and for this purpose the bidder shall have to furnish self attested relevant documentary proof like list of supplies made against related supply order with installation & commissioning report & minimum one year successful operating performance certificate in its name only issued by the authorized person of the concered organization/client.

3) THE OFFERED EXCHANGE SHALL HAVE VALID TEC/DOT APPROVAL AS ON DATE OF BID OPENING. A NOTARIZED COPY OF DOT/TEC CERTIFICATE ISSUED IN THE NAME OF THE BIDDER VALID AS ON THE DATH OF BID OPENING FOR THE MODEL OFFERED BY THE BIDDER SHOULD ACCOMPANY THE OFFER. IN CASE THE SAVE IS NOT SUBMITTED WITH TECHNICAL BID OR IT IS NOT VALID AS ON THE DATH OF BID OPENING, SUCH BID SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION.

Financial

Criteria:

 

Average

annual turnover of

the bidders in the preceding three financial years as on date

Of bid opening shall not be

less than Rs 99.56 lakhs (i.e (estimate value /completion period)*12).

In case

where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements

from a

practicing chartered

accountant shall also be acceptable.

While computing the annual turm over, other income shall not be considered.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have

any claim arising out of such

action.
