3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Construction of Class room and Dismentalling of old school building at Tamkhera Village

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0 The bidder should have experience of successful execution of any civil construction work includes RCC work during last five years ending last day of Month previous to the one in which applications are invited, meeting any one of the following

(i) One similar executed work costing not less than an amount of Rs 9.22 Lacs

(ii)Two similar executed works, each costing not less than an amount of Rs 5.77 Lacs

(iii)Three similar executed works, each costing not less than an amount of Rs. 4.61 Lacs

2.0 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding

three (3) financial years previous to the One in which bids are invited shall not be less than Rs. 13.84 Lacs

3.0 Following is applicable only if a bidder is L1 in more than one package 3.a On bid opening, the average annual turnover as per

clause 2.0 shall be calculated for all packages in which the bidder qualifies as L1.

3.b If L1 bidder does not qualify as per clause 3.a, then through first right of refusal, L2 bidder may be

offered for the package on the rates quoted by L1 bidder and so on.

3.c However, NTPC reserves the right to award the package(s) in any combination.

Note:

a. The word similar means # any civil construction work which includes RCC works#

b.The word " executed " means the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total order is not completed / closed. The same shall be supported by the documentary evidence issued by the owner

c.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

d. In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available certification of financial statement from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be

considered acceptable.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
