iii.Pneumatic fly ash handling system for conveying fly ash from ESPs by either pressure conveying system or vacuum conveying system.
iv.Complete ash slurry pump house/ash water pump house.
v.Complete ESP system including ESP internals
vi.Boiler Pressure part
vii.Rotary parts (ID,FD,PA fans, APH
viii.Coal Pulverizer (Mill) system

2. Financial Criteria : |

2.2. Notwithstanding any thing stated above, the owner reverses the right to assess Bidder#s capability and
capacity to |
perform the contract should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of NTPC Ltd. |
and decision |
of NTPC in this regard shall be final. |
3.Issuance of tender documents will not automatically mean that bidders are considered qualified. The tender committee
shall |
evaluate the qualifying |
requirements of each bidder as per NIT |
after opening of qualifying requirement Bids and the |
bids |
of the bidder who is not meeting the qualifying requirement shall be treated as non responsive. |

4. |
For preparation of the |
#Price Proposal#, Bidders are expected |
to take into account, the requirements and conditions |
of the bidding documents. The Prices are required to be filled in the relevant fields in the #Item Data# tab in Bid preparation screen.
5.All prices to be quoted by the Bidders will be in Indian Rupees or in the stipulated bid currency only on firm price basis and shall remain valid during the currency of the Contract.
6.The date of opening of price bid shall be decided and communicated, well in advance to all bidders whose credentials meet qualifying requirement as per NIT and are acceptable to NTPC.
7.NTPC reserves the right to split or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
