NOTICE INVITING APPLICATION

FOR

ENLISTMENT / REGISTRATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR CIVIL WORKS


Ref: GwSTPP/C&M/Vend regstrn/15-16/Civil-01


  1. Brief Introduction: NTPC is in the process of construction of Gadarwara Super Thermal Power Project of 3200MW (in two stages of 2x800MW) at Tehsil Gadarwara, District Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh. The project can be approached by road/ train and is located near Jabalpur (approx 120 km).


  1. Applications are invited on behalf of NTPC Ltd., Gadarwara, from reputed contractors for enlistment / registration. The works / services for which enlistment is required is given at Annexure-I. Enlistment / Registration will be valid for a period of three (03) years from the date of approval by NTPC. The enlistment / registration shall be applicable for NTPC, Gadarwara only.


  1. The enlistment / registration of vendors shall be done by NTPC, Gadarwara after evaluation of the financial & technical credentials of the vendors based on the information submitted by them in the application form.


  1. Qualifying Requirements: Applicants must refer to the Qualifying Requirements at Annexure-I for enlistment & basis for selection/categorization for the specific package for which they wish to apply for enlistment.


  1. NTPC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information furnished by the applicant as well as to accept / reject all applications full or part without assigning any reason thereof. No correspondence / queries will be entertained in this regard.


  1. Submission of application form by you / evaluation can not be construed to mean that you are qualified & entitled for issue of any / all tenders by GwSTPP. NTPC reserves the right to assess the capability before registration of agency for any specific supplies / jobs.


  1. NTPC GwSTPP in its own interest may again seek for vendors / contractors enlistment / registration for any specific service at a later date. In this event, the contractors again shall have to meet the credentials specified therein.


  1. Provisions of Fraud Prevention Policy shall apply for the enlistments being done. For details of the Fraud Prevention Policy you are advised to visit the NTPC website www.ntpctender.com.


  1. Application form for Registration will be available free of cost in Contracts & Materials Deptt. NTPC / GwSTPP on all working days between 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM during the download/obtaining dates by submitting a request on bidders own letterhead and the same is available on NTPC website (www.ntpctender.com) from where it can be downloaded. Downloaded documents can also be used for submission. Period of Downloading of Application form is 30.06.2015 to 30.07.2015.

  1. The envelope should be superscribed with the titles Registration of Contractors for Services at NTPC GwSTPP, Name of work for which enlistment is being sought, NTPC reference no. of Notice inviting Application, Name of contractor, Phone No./Mobile No. and Correspondence Address.


  1. If a Contractor is interested in enlistment against more than one work then, SEPARATE envelopes shall be submitted by the Contractor duly mentioning the details as required at para 12 above including the ‘Name of work for which enlistment is being sought’.


  1. Last date of receipt of completed application: The application should reach us by 28.08.2015 at 16:00 HRS. NTPC will not be responsible for any postal delay, loss or non-receipt of applications sent through post / courier.

INSTRUCTION TO CONTRACTORS FOR FILLING IN THE APPLICATION FORM


  1. Contractors are requested to fill in the application form carefully as the enlistment / registration of Contractors shall be done by NTPC, GwSTPP after evaluation of the financial & technical credentials submitted with the application form.


  1. Name of the Company as registered should be mentioned. The address of company should be mentioned from where correspondences will be made and offers / bids will be submitted in case of future tenders.


  1. The applicant is required to clearly state the work for which they intend to get enlisted / registered.


  1. Fees/ Charges: There will be no fee applicable for issuing the Application Form.

  1. The application form consists of the following Documents :-


i) Notice Inviting Application for enlistment of contractors

ii) Instruction to Contractors for filling in the application form

iii) Documents Authenticity Certificate

iv) APPLICATION PROFORMA:

Application Performa (both Part-I & Part-II) and Documents Authenticity Certificate must be completed neatly and signed by authorized signatory (of the company seeking enlistment) with Company Seal. In addition, each page of the application documents (as given at 5-i, ii & iv) with enclosures, if any such as Qualifying Requirements (5.v) etc. and credentials in support of meeting the Qualifying Requirements (Q.R) should be signed & stamped by the authorized signatory.


  1. The documents viz. Purchase Orders/Work Orders/Letter of Awards/Contract Agreement/Completion Certificate/Performance Certificate, Balance Sheet/Annual Report for preceding three financial years, etc. have to be submitted in support of the information furnished in the Application form has to be mandatorily attached, failing which the application is liable for rejection. A list of documents which have to be attached with the application form is given which must be filled and authenticated by signature & Seal of authorized signatory.





Vendor should necessarily submit the following:


  1. Documentary Proof of Provident Fund Registration Number, Service Tax Regn. No. & PAN No.


  1. Certificate of Incorporation of the firm / Memorandum and Articles of Association / Partnership Deed /Affidavit of Proprietorship with name (s) and address (s) of the Sole Proprietor / Partners / Board of Directors.


  1. Provisions of ESI, Labour License, etc. & other statutory requirements as per labour law as applicable, shall have to be mandatorily complied with, in case of the agency executing any work based on this enlistment.


  1. Your acceptance of Fraud Prevention Policy as per Proforma attached duly signed and stamped.


  1. Electronic Fund Transfer Form duly certified by your banker alongwith a copy of cancelled Cheque to be submitted.


  1. All the documents have to be self attested under seal & stamp of your company unless otherwise mentioned.


  1. Vendors, in their own interest, are advised to ensure the correctness & authenticity of all the documents submitted to NTPC. If it is established at any time during the evaluation of the credentials or later that the information furnished by you is false or incorrect, your company shall be liable for black-listing / banning of business dealings & any or all recourses available with NTPC to take punitive/legal action.


  1. Vendors are requested to page number the total set of documents being submitted. The Page No. of each document should be compulsorily mentioned in the space provided in the application form.


  1. Incomplete application will not be considered for further evaluation.


  1. These instructions shall form a part of the Application Form for Registration / Enlistment.
