NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)

FOR

IT enable infrastructure at Saraswati Hall of PMI, Sec-16A, NOIDA and AMC for 4 years after one year warranty.

[Domestic Competitive Bidding]

1.0 NTPC invites bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

3.0 Bid Security shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the bidding documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at New Delhi or may be downloaded from website http://www.ntpctender.com/ on depositing the requisite cost of bidding document (non-refundable).

5.0 Brief Scope of Work and Specific detail

IT enable infrastructure at Saraswati Hall of PMI, Sec-16A, NOIDA and AMC for 4 years after one year warranty.

6.0 Prospective Bidders from U.P State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements For Bidders:

7.1 The bidder must be manufacturer or an authorized dealer or distributor for the active & passive IT components as mentioned in the brief scope of work within the preceding seven (7) years as on the date of Techno commercial Bid Opening, fulfilling any of the following criteria:

a) One work costing not less than Rs.85,47,300/-

OR

b) Two works costing not less than Rs.53,42,000/-

OR

c) Three works costing not less than Rs.42,73,600/-

The work executed/completed means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR, even if the total contract is not completed / closed.

In case of contracts under execution as on date of bid opening, the value of work completed till the date of bid opening will be considered provided the value of executed work is certified by the employer.

7.2 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the

date of opening of Techno-commercial proposal shall not be less than Rs.1,03,46,600/-

8.0 Issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Notice Inviting Tender [NIT] for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
