Supply of portable dielectric response Analyzer for NTC Mouda
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The bidders are required to fulfill the following:
a)The bidder should be a manufacturer or an authorized dealer/channel partner of manufacturer of Dielectric response
b)The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the preceding three (03) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 57 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty seven Lakhs only).
i)Single contract of value not less than Rs.23.00 Lakhs
OR
ii) Two contracts of value not less than Rs.14.00 Lakhs each OR
iii) Three contracts of value not less than Rs.11.00 Lakhs each
Note: The word ëxecuted" means that the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the above QR within preceding Seven(07) years period even if the contract has been started earlier and /or is not completed/closed.
2)Documents required for fulfilment of 'Qualifying requirements' with bidder self attestation and for submission of 'TECHNICAL BID':
c)Copy of Certificates to prove the manufacturing capacity for these items.
d)Audited Balance sheet,P&L statement, Certificate from Charted Accountant incorporating the turnover details during the last 3 financial years to be submitted.
NOTE: All the above documents are to be attached in the 'C folder' while submitting the bid.
3)On scheduled Bid opening date, only the technical bid shall be opened.After assessment of QR data & other technical details as submitted by bidder for dielectric response analyzer, QR & Technically qualified bidders shall be intimated for opening of their price bid later on.
4)Bidder should note that"ANY BID,NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCEPTABLE BID SECURITY IN A SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE AND NO DEVIATION CERTIFICATE SUBMITTED IN PHYSICAL FORM IN THE OFFICE OF
5)Bid Documents can be downloaded from our web site http://www.ntpctender.com or
#NTPC Limited# payable at SBI Mouda( Branch Code:04813). No other mode of payment is acceptable.Tender documents are not transferable.
Note: MSEs/NSIC/KVIC registered vendors shall be issued the bidding doument free of cost and shall be exempted from submission of EMD on submission of relevant documents to NTPC Mouda.
Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the capabilities and capacity of the Bidder / his collaborators / associates / subsidiaries / group companies to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.
Other terms and conditions of tender shall be as contained in Bid Documents.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
