3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DADRI or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Please refer c-folder for detail scope of work and terms and condition of tender documents.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Bidder should meet the QR stipulated hereunder:

1 Bidder should either be a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 & subsequent amendments or a partnership/ proprietorship firm OR Bidder should be registered/ working with any Public Sector Undertaking/ Government/ Semi-Government organization or private company/ organization.

2The bidder should have executed any one of the following similar work during the preceding seven (07) years from the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening:-

#One similar order valuing not be less than Rs. 63.49 Lacs OR

#Two similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 39.68 Lacs OR

#Three similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 31.74 Lacs

3The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the date of Techno- commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 95.23 Lakhs.

Note:

a. #Similar works# means that bidder should have successfully executed contract of civil construction / maintenance/ drain work excluding road and mass earth work.

b.The word #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and/ or is not completed/ closed.

c.In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal as verified by the client shall be considered.

d.While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

e.In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year not available certificate of financial statement from a Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

The bidder is requested to provide the following documents and the details related to each and every requirement of qualifying requirement and indicate the same in the format. (Attached in unpriced bid online i.e. c-folder).

a)i) Award letter / work order with bill of quantities ii) proof of value of work executed as mentioned at (b) below:

b)Documentary evidence issued by the employer as proof of value of work executed clearly indicating i) the executed value of the work and ii) period (giving start date and end date) during which the work has been executed, in the form of job completion certificate/ final deviation order / copies of measurement book (R/A bills). An employer means Public Sector Undertaking/ Government / Semi-Government Organization or a reputed Private Organization / Company. The value of work done is inclusive of cost of material (i.e. free issue material by employer) or exclusive of cost of material (i.e. free issue material by employer) should clearly indicated with documentary proof.

c)Audited balance sheet & profit and loss account of last three financial years ending 31st march of previous financial year. d)Documentary evidence for Provident Fund Code Number & Permanent Account Number (PAN).

e)Documentary evidence for Service Tax Registration Number.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
