5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
BIENNIAL MAINTENANCE WORK FOR 220 KV SWITCHYARD,POWER/DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AT NTPC UNCHAHAR
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
Qualifying Requirements:
a) The bidder should have ### class (also known as #A# class) Electrical License issued by the Government authorities.
b) The bidder should have executed the work of maintenance AND/OR erection of switch yard /transformers of 400KV/220 KV class.
c) The bidder should have executed similar work (as para (b) above) during last 7 years ending last day of the month of previous to one in which bids are opened as any of the following:-
(i) One similar executed work of value not less than Rs. 23.50 lakh. each
OR
(ii)Two similar executed works of value not less than Rs. 15.00 lakh each.
OR
(iii) Three similar executed works of value not less than Rs. 12.00 lakh each.
d) The average |

of the bidder in the three preceding completed financial years, as on the date of bid opening |

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
