5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
The scope of work shall be Landscaping work of NETRA Complex at Greater Noida consists all Civil, Electrical & Horticulture works. It includes Soft landscape works, Hard landscape works, outdoor lighting & miscellaneous civil works complete in all respect as per BOQ, Scope of work and Terms & conditions of tender documents.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
7.1The Bidder should have successfully executed landscaping work(s) within the preceding seven (07) years as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening, fulfilling any of the following criteria.
a) One landscaping work costing not less than Rs. 208 Lakh. or
b) Two landscaping works costing not less than Rs. 130 Lakh each. or
c) Three landscaping works costing not less than Rs. 104 Lakh each.
7.2The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening, should not be less than Rs. 520 Lakhs.
NOTES for clause 7.1 above:
1.#Landscaping work# shall mean landscaping work of Residential complexes or non residential building(s) or Parks comprising of:
(a)Hard Scape work (like pavements, pathways, fountain(s), sculpture(s), open air theatre, artificial water body(ies))
(b)Soft Scape (like Trees / saplings, shrubs, grassing).
2.One reference work shall mean the work executed at one location / campus through a single contract.
3.The reference works executed by the bidder#s group company / subsidiary company shall not be considered for its qualification.
4.The word #executed# means, the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the above Qualifying Requirements within preceding seven (07) years period reckoned as on the date of Techno commercial bid opening, even if the contract has been started earlier and / or is not completed / closed.
5.The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at simple rate of 7% per annum; calculated from the date of completion to the date of Techno commercial bid opening.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have |
any claim arising out of such |
action. |
