5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK LIKE SHEETING, RAILING AND OTHER MISC. WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN TOWNSHIP -NTPC SIMHADRI
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
7.1The bidder should have executed works as detailed below, in Civil maintenance OR Civil Works OR Miscellaneous Structural works OR a combination with CPWD Specifications and relevant IS codes in Industrial establishments OR Residential Townships OR Municipality OR Large establishments during the last seven(7) years as on the date of bid opening :
i)Single contract of value not less than 48.23 lakhs OR
ii) Two contracts of value not less than 30.14 lakhs each OR
iii)Three(3) contracts of value not less than 24.12 lakhs each
7.2a. The bidder should submit documentary proof of having executed the works mentioned above.
b. The bidder should have independent PF code issued by RPFC, valid PAN number and Service Tax Registration.
7.3Financial Criteria
7.3.1 The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the
date of Bid opening shall not be less than Rs.241.15 Lakhs (Indian Rupees Two Hundred Forty One Lakh Fifteen Thousand only).
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
