NTPC Limited – Singrauli invites applications from the eligible bidders for supply as per descriptions of materials furnished below:

a) Single stage two part on-line bidding through our SRM module of E-procurement system, i.e. Part-1 should be consisting of technical bid along with Earnest Money Deposit. Bid part-II consists of Price/Commercial Bid.

b) Price bids will be opened of those bidders only who will qualify in Bid Part-1

1.0 DETAILS OF NIT

Note:

Tender shall be processed through SRM Module i.e. e-procurement system. Tenderer must sent the enclosed format of e-procurement duly filled in all the information sought in the format.

Completion Period: Nine (12) months

PRE QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR PROCUREMENT OF ENDLESS BELT

1.1 The bidder should be a Manufacturer/ Supplier of gravimatric Feeder Belt of size 36 Inch or higher for STOCK/MERRICK make feeder during last 7 years, ending last day of the month previous to the date of NIT having minimum contract value as indicated below:

a) Three executed /completed contracts, as above, of cost not less than Rs.6 Lakhs each.

OR

b) Two executed/completed contracts, as above, of cost not less than Rs.7 Lakhs each

OR

c) One executed/completed contracts as above, of cost not less than Rs11 Lakhs .

2. The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) completed financial years ending with Financial year 2013-2014 shall be not less than Rs.14 Lakh.

NOTE :

1. The bidder is requested to clearly stipulate hereunder the route under which the qualification is being sought. Bidder is also required to submit along with the bid all necessary documents to establish bidder’s qualification.

2. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

3. In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year is not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

4. Notwithstanding anything stated above, the employer reserves the right to assess the capabilities of the bidder/his collaborators/associates/ subsidiaries/group companies to perform the contract should the circumstances warrant such an assessment in the overall interest of the employer.

5.0 General Conditions:

5.1 Small Scale Industries (SSI) registered with the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) shall be exempted from payment of Tender fee/ Earnest Money deposit. Bidders seeking exemption should enclose a photocopy of valid registration certificate preferably attested by Gazetted Officer/Magistrate 1st Class giving details such as validity, Stores, monetary limit etc. failing which they run the risk of their bids being passed over as ineligible for this concession. SSI units registered with UPSSIDC are also entitled for exemption of Tender fee/ Earnest Money deposit.

5.2 The detailed specification of the item is mentioned in the tender documents.

5.3 The last date for sale of Tender Documents is 24.06.2015

Bid Opening date is 15.07.2015

5.4 NTPC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason or split the tender/ deviate from quantities indicated.

5.5 Intending Bidders can download complete tender documents from website itself, at a click of keyboard of their desktop, after making online payment of document cost via their credit card at our website www.ntpctender.com on or before 24.06.2015 SSL mode of transaction from ICICI bank is used by NTPC for secured online payment at the website to avoid any forgery.

Vendor should be a registered user of the website to download the bid document after online payment.

Note: Pop up blocker should be turned off & file download should be enabled in the Net browser settings of desktop for downloading the bid document from the website.

The offer will have to be submitted strictly as per terms & conditions of tender on or before BOD and time.

5.6 This NIT may be considered for enlistment of vendors for future requirement.
