Comprehensive Chemical Treatment of Condenser Cooling Water. |

DURATION OF CONTRACT : 12 Months. |
The bidder who wishes to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following requirements. |
3.0 |
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS : - |
(i) Technical QR - The bidder should have actual proven experience of having treated circulating water systems of COC around 1.7 and higher using Non-Chromate treatments for systems with 40,000 m3 / hr or more (with Hold-up volume of 7500 m3 or more) and single cooling tower capacity of 20,000 m3/hr or more of circulating rate, for a period of 12 months or more, with make-up water characteristics as given below or higher than the range indicated below.

(ii) The bidder should have experience of having successfully executed similar work (i.e. Non-Chromate Cooling Water Treatment) having value not less than the following during the last seven (07) years reckoned as on the date of bid opening;
a)Value of Rs.53.04 Lacs in case of Single Similar Work Order or
b)Value of Rs.33.15 Lacs in case of Similar two work Orders or
c) Value of Rs.26.52 Lacs in case of Similar three work Orders
Note : Similar nature of work would mean the bidder should have experience of having executed work of having treated circulating water systems of COC around 1.7 and higher using Non-chromate treatments for systems with 40000 m3/hr or more (with Hold-up volume of 7500 m3 or more) and single cooling tower capacity of 20,000 m3/hr or more of circulating rate, for a period of 12 months or more..
4.0 FINANCIAL CRITERIA: - AVERAGE ANNUAL TURNOVER:
(A)The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of bid opening, shall not be less than INR 66.30 Lacs (Rupees Sixty Six Lac & Thirty Thousand only)
(B)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the specified QR at para 3.0
even if total contract is not completed / closed.
(C)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover as specified in QR para 4.0 (A).
(D)In case, where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
5.0Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserves the right to assess the bidder#s capability and capacity to perform the contract & capacity to perform the contract.
6.0 Additional information:-
The following information is required from the bidders about the companies where similar orders have been executed.
I. Name of the customer / company where similar order has been executed. (Copy of order to be submitted) II. Year of execution
III. Name & designation (Phone No. / Fax No. / Email ID) of contact person of the customer.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
