1.0NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

As per scope of work of "CONSTRUCTION OF ODIA MEDIUM SCHOOL OUT AT TTPS#. Detailed Scope of Work is attached in Collaboration Folder.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0	Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

SUBJECT : Construction of Odia Medium School at TTPS.
	QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
1.0	BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK :

The scope of work under this package shall include all civil work for ODIA MEDIUM SCHOOL including area development such as concrete road, pathways, parking areas and drains around the ODIA MEDIUM SCHOOL.

2.0 DURATION OF CONTRACT : 18 Months.

The bidder who wishes to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following requirements. 3.0 QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS : -

I. The bidder should have successfully executed civil construction / buildings works at any reputed organization.

II. The bidder must have executed similar work during last seven (07) years reckoned as on the date of bid opening having not less than the followings:-

a)Value of Rs.155.6 Lacs in case of Single Similar Order or

b)Value of Rs.97.25 Lacs in case of Two Similar Order or

c) Value of Rs.77.80 Lacs in case of Three Similar Order

Note : Similar works mean any Civil Construction / Maintenance work. 4.0 FINANCIAL CRITERIA: -

AVERAGE ANNUAL TURNOVER:

(A) The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of bid opening, shall not be less than INR 129.67 Lacs (Rupees One Crore Twenty Nine Lac Sixty Seven Thousand only)

(B)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the specified QR at para 3.0 even if total contract is not completed / closed.

(C)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover as specified in QR para 4.0 (A).

(D)In case, where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of

financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable for satisfying QR Para 4.0(A).

5.0 Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserves the right to assess the bidder#s capability and capacity to perform the contract & capacity to perform the contract..

6.0 Additional information:-

The following information is required from the bidders about the companies where similar orders have been executed.

I. Name of the customer / company where similar order has been executed. (Copy of order to be submitted) II. Year of execution

III. Name & designation (Phone No. / Fax No. / Email ID) of contact person of the customer.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
