1.0NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

As per scope of work of "RC FOR AMC OF APH, DUCT, DAMPERS & FANS ST-1&2#.

Detailed Scope of Work is attached in Collaboration Folder.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK : AMC for Maintenance of APHs, Ducts, Dampers & Fans, of Boilers of Stage-I & II Rotary Machines at NTPC TTPS.

2.COMPLETION PERIOD : 12 Months

3.The bidder who wishes to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following Requirements

4.QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:

(i)Technical QR: The bidder should have successfully executed erection/maintenance contract of Boiler auxiliaries like Milling Systems/APH/ Fans etc. for reputed industrial organization/ utility having thermal power plant of Unit size 60MW and above.

(ii)The bidder should have experience of having executed similar orders having value not less than the following during the last seven (07) years reckoned as on the date of bid opening

a) Value of Rs.54.82 Lac in case of single similar work order. OR

b) Value of Rs.34.26 Lac in case of similar two work orders. OR

c) Value of Rs.27.41 Lac in case of similar three work orders.

(iii)Note: Similar nature of work would mean the bidder should experience of having executed maintenance contract of Boiler Auxiliaries like Milling System/APH/Fans etc. in thermal power plant of unit size 60 MW and above during the last 7 years ending with the date of bid opening.

5. FINANCIAL CRITERIA:

(i)AVERAGE ANNUAL TURNOVER: The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 68.52 Lac.(Rupees Sixty Eight Lac & Fifty Two Thousand only).

(ii)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the specified QR at para 4 even if total contract is not completed / closed.

(iii)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover as specified in QR at para 5(i).

(iv)In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

6. Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserves the right to assess the bidder#s capability & capacity to perform the contract.

8. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The following information is also required from the bidders about the companies where similar orders have been executed: I. Name of the customer/ company where similar order has been executed.

II. Year of execution.

III. Name & designation (Phone No. / Fax No. / email-id) of contact person of the customer.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
