5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
INSPECTION OF GAS TURBINE MODEL : MW 701D AT NTPC AURAIYA.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

SUB: - Qualifying Requirements (QR) for Inspection of Gas Turbine Model MW 701D at AuGPS
1. The qualifying requirement for the bidder for above PR is stipulated hereunder:
Bidder or his collaborator / Principal should have successfully inspected or overhauled or erected Gas Turbine (MHI make or equivalent) of minimum of 98 MW ISO rating.
2.Financial Criteria
a.The bidder or his collaborator/Principal should have executed the work successfully as mentioned in Cl no 1 above
during the last 7 years meeting any one of following criteria as on date of bid opening.
#Single (1) order of contract value not less than Indian Rupees 14.4 Lacs. OR
#Two(2) orders, each of contract value not less than Indian Rupees 9.02 lacs OR
#Three(3) orders, each of contract value not less than Indian Rupees 7.21 Lacs

Note:
# Party has to submit all the documentary evidence in support of above requirement.
#The word #Executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total
contract is not completed/ closed and same shall be supported by documentary evidence.
#In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements
from a practicing chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
#NTPC has right to assess the capability & capacity of the bidder.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have |
any claim arising out of such |
action. |
