vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained |
by submitting a questionnaire |

site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not |
allotted any vendor code are required to |

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
Design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, Retrofitting ,Erection and commissioning of new generator excitation system at NTPC Auraiya
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

SUB: - Qualifying Requirements (QR) for Design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, Retrofitting ,Erection & commissioning of new generator excitation system at NTPC Auraiya
Bidder should meet the qualifying requirement stipulated hereunder :
1. The bidder or his Associate should have designed, manufactured/got manufactured, supplied, tested and commissioned at least one (1) number of Voltage Regulator of the type offered for 110 MW or higher rating of Turbo-Generator,which
should have been in successful operation for |
atleast |
one(1) year |
prior to the date |
of Techno-Commercial bid opening. |
2. The bidder should |
have executed the |
supply |
of generator |
excitation /voltage |
regulator meeting any one of following |
criteria as on date of |
bid opening. |

# Single (1) order of contract value not less than Indian Rupees 69.24 Million OR
#Two(2) orders, each of contract value not less than Indian Rupees 43.27 Million.
OR
#Three(3) orders, each of contract value not less than Indian Rupees 34.62 Million.
3. The average annual turnover of the bidder for the preceding three (03) completed financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Indian Rupees 43.27 Million.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have |
any claim arising out of such |
action. |
