Bids are invited on behalf of NTPC Limited, Tanda from eligible bidders for supply of following items.

EMD: Submission of EMD (Bid Security deposit) shall be ascertained offline well in advance before opening bid.

PRICE BID: Opening date for Price Bid shall be intimated later on to the technically qualified bidders only.

1.The bidder should be a manufacturer of networking component or authorized dealer of the manufacturer.

2.The Bidder should have executed supply networking components, during the last 7 years preceding the date of BID opening, for either of the following values:

i)Three executed orders each costing not less than INR 12.37 lakhs each. OR

ii)Two executed orders each costing not less than INR 15.47 lakhs each. OR

iii)One executed order costing not less than INR 24.75 lakhs.

Notes:

A. The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed / closed.

B.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

C.In cases where audited results of the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of turnover from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable

Documentary evidence / proof (Like Manufacturing License / BIS certification / ISO certification / SSI / NSIC certificate etc.) that the bidder is a manufacturer or their authorised dealer for Network Components. Documentary evidence towards proof of supply/execution shall be submitted by way of furnishing the Invoice, GR/LR, PO copies, payment proof etc.

The prospective bidders in order to able to download the bidding documents shall be required to register themselves with the NTPC website which shall be a onetime process.

In case the bidder fails to submit the documents in the support of meeting the QR, the offer shall be liable for rejection.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
