Guideline for submission of bid :

EMD, as mentioned in SRM portal shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope

Any bid

not accompanied

requisite

& acceptable EMD in a separate sealed envelope shall be

rejected as

being non responsive

and returned to the bidder without being opened.

The documents in support of Qualifying Requirements shall be uploaded in C folder

&

commercial

bid

shall

be

filled on

line in item

data.

In case bid are not received as per above instructions, the same shall

be rejected

and returned back

in

unopened

condition.

The bidders shall have necessarily to upload the documents in support

of meeting the qualifying requirements as

mentioned above

in

C Folder

along with their offer, which inter-alia shall

include

the

Documentary evidence ie turnover /Balance Sheet duly certified by Chartered

Accountants that the average annual turnover

of the Bidder
