3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DADRI or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Please refer c-folder for detailed scope of work.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.0. Qualifying Requirements for the subject work :(Please refer QR format The bidder should either be a Company Registered under the companies Act. 1956 & subsequent amendments or a Partnership/ Proprietorship firm.

7.1The bidder should have successfully completed at least two (2) overhauling or erection works of Boiler Pressure Parts in Coal fired thermal Power Plant having unit capacity 200 MW or higher during the last seven (7) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which NIT was published.

7.2The bidder should have executed the overhauling or erection work#s of boiler pressure parts of 200 MW or higher capacity meeting any one of the following criteria during the last seven (7) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which NIT was published:-

i) Three similar works valuing not less than Rs. 37.53 Lacs each; OR

ii)	Two similar works valuing not less than	Rs. 46.91 Lacs each;
	OR
iii)	One similar works valuing not less than	Rs. 75.05 Lacs.

Not e: The order values referred above are exclusive of Taxes & Duties.

7.3The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the preceding three (3) years completed financial years as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening should not be less than Rs.62.54 Lacs.

7.4Bidder should have a valid Provident Fund Code Number and Income Tax Permanent Account Number (PAN).

7.5The bidder should have Service Tax Registration Number.
