5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail The work consists of following-
a.Dismantling of the existing 10 nos Blue Star make High Wall Split AC#s of 3 TR, along with all accessories.
b.Buyback of dismantled ACs and accessories.
c.Supply of 10 Nos of High wall split AC of 3.0 TR Capacity 36000 BTU/hr, 3Phase Power supply 415V, in Data Centre, 2nd floor of EOC Annexe, NTPC EOC, Noida.
d.Installation, testing and commissioning of above 10 Nos ACs. It also includes supply & installation of all required accessories, services etc required for making installation complete like MS painted Stand for outdoor unit, required copper cables for interconnection between outdoor and indoor unit as well as incoming power supply, required insulated copper piping, electrical cabling (between indoor # outdoor as well as power supply cable), drain piping and all other accessories. The cost of installation include all above and no separate payment for copper piping / drain piping / cable etc shall be done.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
7.1The bidder should be a manufacturer of Split Air Conditioners. or authorized dealer of manufacturer of Split Air Conditioners. The dealer should be duly authorized by manufacturer for this tender and should quote only for their products.
7.2The bidder should have supplied Air Conditioners in India during preceding seven years as reckoned from the date of bid opening of techno-commercial proposal and having following contract value:
#One completed work of value not less than Rs 7.62 Lac. (Rs Seven Lac Sixty Two Thousand only) OR
#Two completed works of value not less than Rs 4.77 Lac each
(Rs Four Lac Seventy Seven Thousand only) OR
# Three completed works of value not less than Rs 3.81 lac each (Rs Three Lac Eighty One Thousand Only)
The work "completed" mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed/ closed. However, the work executed should include supply of air conditioners.
In case of contract under execution, the value of work executed till the date of bid opening as certified by Employer shall be considered, which should contain supply of air conditioners.
7.2.1 The bidder should have supplied, installed and commissioned split air conditioner during preceding seven years as reckoned from the date of bid opening of techno-commercial proposal.
7.3 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on date of bid opening of techno-commercial proposal shall not be less than Rs 30.67 lac
(Rs Thirty Lac Sixty Seven Thousand only)
NOTE:
While computing the annual turnover, other income shall not be considered.
In case, where audited results for the last preceding financial year is not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
