5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
Supply, Installation,Commissioning and testing of 02 nos lifts at PMI, Noida
a) Design, engineering, manufacture, inspection & testing at supplier works, supply including packing, forwarding, transportation of passenger lifts (02 nos) to PMI on FOR basis, Sector-16A Noida with respective drive motors, ropes, rails, operating/power control panels with associated cables instruments and other required items up to terminal points, unloading and storage/preservation of above equipment and accessories at site as per the technical specifications, scope of work and terms & conditions of contract.
b)Erection, pre commissioning test, commissioning, performance testing of passenger (02 nos) lifts with respective drive motors, ropes, rails, operating/power control panels with associated cables instruments and other required items up to terminal points, as per the technical specifications, scope of work and terms & conditions of contract.
c)Required related civil works for the completion of above mentioned work as per technical specifications and scope of work.
d)Required related electrical works for the completion of above mentioned work as per technical specifications and scope of work.
1)Erection, permission from the concerned Local authority.
2)Lift License: As a statuary requirement agency has to take necessary action to obtain the lift license for both the lifts every year.
3)Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning and testing of two lifts at Kabir House and Tagore Hostel at PMI.
4)Dismantling, removal & buy back of existing lifts.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
7.1(a) The bidder should be manufacturer of passenger lift.
7.1 (b) The bidder should have executed any one of following work for supply, installation and commissioning of passenger lifts having capacity of minimum 08 persons (544 Kg) during last seven years as on the date of bid opening of techno commercial proposal:
# One work having value not less than Rs 38.84 lacs (Rs Thirty eight lacs eighty four thousand only) |
OR |
#Two works having value not less than Rs 24.28 lacs (Rs Twenty four lacs twenty eight thousand only) each OR
#Three works having value not less than Rs 19.42 lacs (Rs Nineteen lacs twenty forty two thousand only) each
The work executed means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR, even if the total contract value is not completed /closed. However, work executed must include supply, installation and commissioning of at least one number passenger lift minimum 08 passenger capacity.
In case of contracts under execution as on date of bid opening, the value of work executed till the date of bid opening will be considered provided the value of executed work is certified by the client.
c) Out of the passenger lifts supplied against above order, one lift should be in operation for 3 years from the date of commissioning during last seven years as on the date of bid opening of techno commercial proposal
7.2 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of bid opening of techno commercial proposal shall not be less than Rs 97.10 Lac (Rs Ninety seven lacs ten thousand only)
NOTE:
While computing the annual turnover, other income shall not be considered.
In case, where audited results for the last preceding financial year is not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
