3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Construction of 2 Nos Aanganbari Kendra and 2 Nos Barat Ghar in the Surrounding Villages

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The work shall be carried out as per drawing, specifications and BOQ as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

2. Completion period of the work shall be 12 (twelve) months from the date of start.

3.Defect liability period shall be 12 months from the date of completion.

4.Date of start shall be certified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

5.Reinforcement Steel, cement and fly ash bricks shall be issued free of cost to the agency from NTPC store in Plant, however, agency has to arrange for transportation of the above up to work site at his own cost within the quoted rates. ESTIMATED COST OF FREE ISSUE MATERIAL IS Rs.21,49,772.25.

6.Red bricks shall not be issued by NTPC for items no 6.1.1, 19.7.1.1, 19.27.1, 19.33 for construction of septic tank, gully chamber, soak pit and manhole. Hence it should be arranged by agency.

7.	All	tools	and plants to be used at site will be arranged by the agency at his own cost.
8.	As	the	work will be executed	outside the boundary wall of NTPC so the agency have to deposit Rs 3,00,000.00
(Rupees Three Lakhs only) in the				form of Demand Draft/FDR/CASH in the name of NTPC Ltd, as a security against
owner		issue	material, which shall be released after material reconciliation upon completion of work.

9.In case of stoppage of works by villagers, no claim towards idling charges of shall be accepted and paid. However extension of time may be considered by EIC.

10.The payment to agency will be released on monthly basis after submission of bills along with supporting document of payment to the workers.

11.The agency has to provide all required safety equipments to labourers during execution of the work and also submit necessary insurance for the workers engaged in the work before start the work.

12.All other terms and conditions shall remain the same as per GCC of civil work of NTPC.

13.As the works will be executed outside the boundary wall of NTPC so the agency has to make the necessary arrangement for security of owner issued materials at their own cost.

14.	Agency shall arrange electricity and water required for execution of contract at their own cost. The quoted price shall
be	deemed inclusive of the same.

17.The quoted price shall be deemed to have included cost of channelization of water and or dewatering during construction. Nothing extra over the quoted price shall be paid on this account.

18.As the work has to be carried out outside boundary, the agency should visit the area and apprise themselves of the

working constraints in the village/location. The cost of	working in constraints including	cost of construction of store	at
shall be deemed to have included in quoted price of the bidders.
19. Testing of materials shall be carried out by agency	as per approved quality plan and	specification, cost of testing	of

materials as per FQP shall be deemed to have included in the quoted price of bidder. However materials testing may be carried out at NTPC lab on chargeable basis.

20. Approach to the site will be prepared by the agency at his own cost for which no any extra claim shall be entertained.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

a)The bidder should have executed the civil construction work including brick work.

b)The bidder should have executed the similar work		as para 7		(a)	above during last seven (7) years ending last day of
the month of previous to one in which bids are opened as any of the following:-
(i) One similar executed work costing not less	than	Rs.	34.50	lacs.
					OR
(ii)Two similar executed works costing not less	than	Rs.	21.50	lacs	each.
					OR

(iii)Three similar executed works costing not less than Rs. 17.50 lacs each.

c)The average	annual	turnover of the	bidder in the three preceding completed financial years, as on the date of bid
opening shall	not be	less than Rs. 43.00	lacs.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
