4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DISTT :- BHARUCH or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained |
by submitting a questionnaire |

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
Supply, Retrofit, Testing and Commissioning of Numerical Relays for 220 KV & 400 KV Bus Bar Protection at NTPC Jhanor
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
7.1Technical Requirement:
Bidder should have manufactured and supplied at least One No. Numerical Relay for Bus-Bar Protection System of 220 KV or above, which should have been in operation for at least 01 (One) year during last 03 years prior to date of publication of NIT.
7.2 Financial Criteria:
a) The Average Annual Turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (03) Financial Years i.e. 2011-12, 2012-13 & 2013-14 shall not be less than Rs. 170.74 Lacs.
b) Experience of having successfully *executed similar works* during past seven years ending on last day of the month previous to the NIT publication:
Single Order of INR 136.60 Lacs OR
Two Orders of INR 85.37 Lacs Each OR
Three Orders of INR 68.30 Lacs Each.
*executed similar works* means "Supply of Numerical Relay".
General: NTPC has right to assess the capability and capacity of the bidders for execution of above work.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have |
any claim arising out of such |
action. |
