vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained |
by submitting a questionnaire |

site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not |
allotted any vendor code are required to |

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Detail scope of work is attached in C-folder
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
7.1Bidder should meet the QR stipulated here under:
1. The Bidder should have executed building construction work (s) or Annual Civil Maintenance Works or Miscellaneous Civil Works in PSU/ Central or State Govt. deptt./ undertaking or Public limited Company, within the preceding Seven (7) years as on the date of Bid opening, meeting either of the following:-
i)Three works each having contract value not less than Rs. 24.82 Lakh OR
ii)Two works each having contract value not less than Rs. 31.02 Lakh OR
iii)Single work having contract value not less than Rs. 49.63 Lakh
2. |
The average annual turnover of the bidder in the last three financial years i.e. 2011-12, 2012-13 & 2013-14 shall not |
be |
less than Rs. 62.04 Lakh. |
3. The agency shall have a valid PAN No. , PF Code, Service Tax registration & ESI Number at the time of Bid Opening.
Cost of Bidding Documents INR 1018/- (Indian Rupees one thousand eighteen only) Inclusive of VAT@13.125%. Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) registered with District Industries Centres or Khadi and Village Industries Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board or Coir Board or National Small Industries Corporation or Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as per MSMED Act 2006,for goods produced and services rendered, shall be issued the bidding documents free of cost
and shall be exempted from paying Earnest Money Deposit.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
