3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at KORBA or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail SUPPLY OF 20T LONG BOOM CRANE FOR KSTPS

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0 The bidder must be a reputed manufacturer or authorized Indian representative of Indian / foreign manufacturer (with minimum five years business tie up with manufacturer and having facilities to provide after sales service in India) of Rough Terrain Cranes and should have supplied (in India) at least two (02) number 20 Ton or higher capacity Rough Terrain Cranes to any organization(s) with documentary evidence for successful operation of rough terrain cranes for minimum period of two (02) years as on the last date of the month preceding the month of publication of NIT and meeting any one of the following criteria, for above, during the last Seven (07) years ending with the last date of the month preceding the month of publication of NIT:

1)Single order of value not less than Rs. 81 Lacs [Rupees eighty one Lacs only]

or

2)Two orders of value not less than Rs. 51 Lacs [Rupees fifty one Lacs only] each.

or

3)Three orders of value not less than Rs. 41 Lacs [Rupees fourty one Lacs] each. 2.0 Financial Criteria :

The average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the last date of the month proceeding the month of publication of NIT, shall not be less than Rs. 102 Lacs [Rupees one hundred two lacs only]

Notes:

(i) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

(ii) In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

3.0 The Bidder shall submit the following documents in support of meeting the QR along with their bid: 3.1 The bidder to submit documentary support, copies of Purchase Orders along with supply certificate, in support of Clause-1 of QR.

3.2 Copies of audited balance sheet and profit & loss account for the preceding 03 (three) financial years in support of Clause -2 of QR.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
