NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONERS AT NTPC KAWAS THROUGH E-TENDERING.

(Under Domestic Competitive Bidding Process)

1.0NTPC Kawas invites online tenders from eligible bidders for Supply & Installation of Air Conditioners through e-tendering without reverse auctioning as per the scope of work briefly mentioned at para 4.0 below:

		(District Industries Centre) are exempted from Tender Fee. MSE
		should submit the copy of registration in place of DD to view the
		bid.

3.0Qualifying Requirements:

3.1The bidder should be manufacturer or authorized dealer of Air Conditioner of manufacturer who has supplied Air Conditioner capacity of 1.5 ton Window / 1.5 Ton Split / 2.0 ton Split ACs.

3.2During the last three (03) years from the date of technical bid opening, the intending bidder should have executed similar work-

a) One similar executed works costing not less than Rs.12.20 Lacs each OR

b) Two similar executed works costing not less than Rs.7.63 Lakhs each OR

c)Three similar executed works costing not less than Rs.6.10 Lakhs each

3.3The average Annual Turnover of the bidder for the preceding three (03) completed financial years (2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14) as on the date of technical bid opening shall not be less than Rs.30.51 lacs. Vendor shall furnish financial report of last 3 years against this criteria.

Note:

i)Similar work means the work mentioned at para 3.1 above.

ii)The word executed means the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed/closed and the same shall be supported by documentary evidences (completion certificate or copy of invoice against work executed or copy of receipt of payment).

iii)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

4.0Brief scope of work:

The scope covers supply and installation of Air Conditioners (Windows and Split ACs 1.5T & 2.0T) at NTPC Kawas.

5.0A Complete set of bidding Document may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non- refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned at Para 2.0 above directly through the payment gateway at our SRM site, (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require Vendor Code and SRM User Id and Password. First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least Seven working days prior to Document Sale Close date for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password. Issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

6.0Tender documents are Non transferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender documents are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original bidder in whose name the tender documents are sold / downloaded, can submit the offer.

7.0EMD, in original, for the requisite amount as stipulated in Para 2.0 above shall be submitted prior to the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given herein below. If EMD in Original, in a separate sealed cover is not received or bids for which EMD of inadequate value is received the same shall not be entertained and in such cases bids shall not be opened.

8.0 This Tender is being executed in e-tendering mode without reverse auctioning.
