NOTICE INVITING TENDER

(Domestic Competitive Bidding)

NTPC Gadarwara STPP invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for the works “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2x500 KVA & 3x125 KVA DG Set (Silent) for NTPC Gadarwara“ at Gadarwara in district Narsinghpur (M.P.) as per details given below:-

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed/account payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Gadarwara (M.P.) or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user ID and Password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user ID/ Password.

1.0 Qualifying requirements:

Proven Experience:

The Bidder must either be a manufacturer or an authorized dealer/supplier of DG sets and supplied at least one no. of 500KVA DG set and one no. of 125 KVA DG Set to PSU/Govt. agencies/Public Ltd. Companies in last three financial years.

Financial Criteria

i Average annual turnover of the bidder during financial years 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14 should not be less than Rs. 8.02 Cr.

ii. The bidder should have supplied DG sets during the last seven (07) years ending last day of month previous to one in which bids are opened as any of the following:

a) One similar executed work costing not less than Rs 1.07 Cr. OR

b) Two similar executed work costing not less than Rs 66.83 Lacs each. OR

c) Three similar executed work costing not less than Rs 53.46 Lacs each.

Note:

I. Similar works means supply of DG set at least 500KVA/125KVA capacity.

II. Documents required in support of fulfillment of QR ( like PO copies ,completion evidence , balance sheet copy , OEM certificates etc )should be submitted by the bidders duly signed and stamped by signing authority.( in Offline and/or Online mode).
