3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DADRI or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Annual maintenance contract of Pneumatic/ Hydraulic actuators & department/ shift maintenance support jobs at NCPS for stage-I (4x210MW) & stage-II (2x490 MW) units of main plant of C&I (Thermal) for the year 2015-16

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

6.0. Qualifying Requirements for the subject work :

6.1The bidder should either be a Company Registered under the companies Act. 1956 & subsequent amendments or a Partnership/ Proprietorship firm.

6.2The bidder should be registered/ working with Public Sector Undertaking/ any Govt./ Semi-Govt. organization or a Private Sector Company/ Organization.

6.3The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years ending 31st March of previous financial year should not be less than Rs.51.52 Lacs.

6.4The bidder should have successfully executed during the last seven years ending last day of month of previous to the one in which applications are invited, either of the following :-

i) Three similar works valuing not less than Rs. 20.61 Lacs each; OR

ii)	Two similar works valuing not less than	Rs. 25.76 Lacs each;
	OR
iii)	One similar works valuing not less than	Rs. 41.22 Lacs.

Not e:

1)The term #similar work# mentioned above Para 4.0 means that the bidder should have successfully executed maintenance jobs/ erection & commissioning of pneumatic/ hydraulic/ motorized actuators or C&I instruments/ equipments in any Power Plant/ Refineries/ Process Industries.

2)Out of the above orders, atleast one order should have been executed in any Power Plant of unit size 200 MW or above.

3)The above order values are exclusive of taxes and duties and should have been completed within maximum period of 12 months. 6.5 Bidder should have a valid Provident Fund Code Number and Income Tax Permanent Account Number (PAN).

6.6 The bidder should have Service Tax Registration Number.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
