EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

For Empanelment of Agencies.

EOI is invited from agencies having experience in carrying out Energy Audit and Performance Assessment in large utilities and own the instruments/equipments for the same. Scope of work, list of instruments, qualifying requirement and application format are detailed in the bid document.

Through this EOI Consultancy Wing intends to empanel suitable agencies for carrying out performance testing, technical audit, gap analysis and performance optimization of power and other energy intensive utilities. RFQ will be sent to empanelled agencies on case to case basis as and when there is a need for such assignments.

Last date of submission of EOI is 16.04.2015.

Annex- 1: Scope of work

1.Complete mobilization of instruments and manpower at client site for performance testing and energy audit of large power and energy intensive utilities.

2.The scope includes transportation to client sites, installation of requisite instruments at specified locations at client sites for data collection, collating of data at single point for further analysis and processing.

3.The scope includes mobilization of adequate skilled manpower capable of installation of instruments and data collection at client facility and coordination with concerned officials.

4.The test instruments should meet the specified standards for Performance testing of Boiler,

Turbine and other Auxiliaries, Electrical Energy audit etc and should have valid calibration on the date of testing.

5.Continuous data collection from the instruments through data loggers and providing the data in soft formats.

6.Demobilization of instruments after completion of test.

A:General Requirement: Should be a registered company in India
