Expression of Interest for Disposal of Obsolete Spares

TERMS AND CONDITION FOR DISPOSAL OF SPARES:

1- The prospective buyer may submit their letter of Expression of Interest (EOI) either in person or post on their letter head at the below mentioned address giving their full address for correspondence, phone number, fax number, name of contact person alongwith e-mail ID etc. However, NTPC shall not be responsible for postal loss or postal delay.

2- The list of spares available for disposals displayed along with this NIT. The validity of this NIT will be upto 31st May 2015.

3- Prospective Buyer has to submit Expression of intrest indicating the individual items of spares.

4- Spares shall be sold on item basis & on "AS IS Where is" basis.

5- The Expression of Interest must be received in the office of designated co-ordinator on or before 10.06.2015 between 10.00 AM and 5.00PM.

6- All correspondence shall be addressed to Mr. H.A. Ansari, Manager(C&M-Stores)/ Mr. A.B. Prasad, DGM (Stores) who shall be the co-ordinators for disposal of subject spares. 7- Modalities of disposal of subject spares will be intimated to prospective bidders separately after the last date stipulated above.

8- Prospective parties may note that mere submission of EOI and / or submission of additional information dose not automatically entitle them to claim for pre qualification.

9- NTPC reserves the right to cancel the sale process fully or partially, without items under sale fully or partially, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
