5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
POZZOLANA PORTLAND CEMENT (PPC) CONFORMING TO IS:1489 .
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT:-
a)THE BIDDER MUST BE A MANUFACTURER OF POZZOLANA PORTLAND CEMENT (PPC) AS PER IS:1489/1991 AND MUST SUBMIT A VALID BIS LICENSE
IN SUPPORT OF THAT.
b)THE BIDDER MUST HAVE SUPPLIED AT LEAST 1400 MT OF POZZOLANA PORTLAND CEMENT (IN A MAXIMUM OF THREE ORDERS) DURING THE LAST TWO YEARS AS ON THE DATE OF BID OPENING.
c)THE AVERAGE ANNUAL TURNOVER OF THE BIDDER IN THE THE THREE PRECEDING COMPLETED FINANCIAL YEARS, AS ON THE DATE OF BID OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN RS.40.00 LACS.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
