The scope of work under this proposal includes Housekeeping, Cooking, Catering, Room Readiness for Guests, round the Clock Reception Services, Maintenance & Operation of Guest House & associated common areas, arrangement for special events / visits etc at Talcher Thermal Power Station.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
1.0 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK :
The scope of work under this proposal includes Housekeeping, Cooking, Catering, Room Readiness for Guests, round the Clock Reception Services, Maintenance & Operation of Guest House & associated common areas, arrangement for special events / visits etc at Talcher Thermal Power Station.
2.0 DURATION OF CONTRACT : 24 Months.
3.0 QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS : -
I. The bidders must have experience of running, maintenance and catering services of Guest House / Transit Camp / Management training Institute of Central Govt. Dept. / PSUs/ Organizations of repute / 2 star (or above star) Hotels having minimum 13 no. of rooms during the last seven (07) years. .
II. The bidder should have experience of having executed similar orders having value not less than the followings during last seven (07) years reckoned as on the date of bid opening:-
a)Three (03) Similar Works, not less than Rs.27.76 Lacs each or
b)Two (02) Similar Works, not less than Rs.34.71 Lacs each or
c)One (01) Similar Works, not less than Rs.55.53 Lacs.
3.1 FINANCIAL CRITERIA: - AVERAGE ANNUAL TURNOVER (ATO):
The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of bid opening, shall not be less than INR 34.71 Lacs (Rupees Thirty Four Lac Seventy One Thousand only)
Notes :-
i)Similar Orders / work(s) would mean running, maintenance and catering services of Guest House / Transit Camp / Management training institute of Central Govt. Deptts/ PSUs/organizations of repute / 2 star (or above star) Hotels having minimum 13 no. of rooms during the last seven years. Further, for similar orders / works, agency shall submit copies of work-order along-with successful completion certificate, (TDS if applicable) as a documentary proof, otherwise bid may be summarily rejected.
ii)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the process specified in the QR at para 3.0 (ii) even if total contract is not completed / closed.
iii)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover as specified in QR para 3.1 (ii).
iv)In case, where audited results for the last (preceding) financial year are not available, certificate of
financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable for satisfaction of Financial Criterion as at para 5.1 (i).
v)The Bidder may be a proprietary firm / partnership firm / Limited Company / Registered Cooperative Society / Corporate body legally constituted possessing the required licenses,registrations etc as per law, valid at least for 06 Months from the date of the opening of tender.
vi)Bidder shall provide documentary evidence of Service Tax, VAT, PF, ESIC (wherever applicable). Bidders should submit self attested certificates defining the constitution or legal status. Place of registration, and principal place of business; written power of attorney of the signatory of Bid, to commit the Bidder; alongwith necessary registration with local bodies under Shops & establishment Act or other applicable acts of State / Central Govt. authorities for providing catering / Guest House related activates, if applicable.
