NSPCL-Bhilai invites tenders for following packages.

Technical Bid shall be opened at 15:00 hrs on last date of the receipt of bid

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS

The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfil the following Qualifying Requirements.

1.1.The average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three (03) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.257.6 Lakhs.

1.2.Experience of having successfully completing the similar works/purchase within preceding seven (07) years reckoned as on the date of Bid Opening, should be either of the following.

1.2.1.Three similar completed works/purchase each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 34.32 Lakhs.

OR

1.2.2.Two similar completed works/purchase each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 42.9 Lakhs.

OR

1.2.3.One similar completed works/purchase costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 68.64 Lakhs.

NOTE :-

“Similar Work” means:- Supply of Bi-Metallic Grinding Rolls of size 27 Inches and above manufactured by Centrifugal casting method.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1Bid documents will be issued to all the parties on their request for issue of bid documents without prima-facie examination of their qualification status. However, issue of bid documents shall not mean that bidders are considered qualified. Such requests must be submitted on or before 16.03.2015 on any working day between 9 AM to 5.30 PM with cost of tender documents of Rs.1,125.00 in the form of crossed demand draft from any Nationalized Bank in favour of NSPCL- Bhilai, payable at Bhilai. Cash payment/money order will not be accepted. Tender document fee will not be refunded. Request for tender documents received after the sale close date as mentioned above due to delays postal/courier services shall not be entertained.

2.Complete set of bidding documents are also available on www.ntpctender.com or www.nspcl.co.in and prospective bidders can down load the same for submission of bids after tendering the cost of bidding documents directly on the website upto 16.03.2015.

3.The tender documents duly filled in, stamped and signed on each page has to reach the below address on or before 14:30 hours on 27.03.2015.

4.Tenders will be called under two part bidding system. Bid opening schedule and other details shall be available in tender documents for the relevant package.

5.NSPCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

6.	ANY BIDS NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCEPTABLE BID SECURITY IN A SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE
	SHALL BE REJECTED BY THE NSPCL AS BEING NON-RESPONSIVE AND RETURNED TO THE BIDDERS
	WITHOUT BEING OPENED.

7.Indenting parties are advised to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the nature of work and the site conditions.

8.Small-scale industries registered with NSIC shall be exempted for payment of EMD provided the quoted value is within the monetary limit for the said unit set by NSIC

(Subject to submission of copy of registration giving details, such as validity, monetary limit, etc.)

9.If the last date of receiving application and date of bid opening coincide with a holiday, the date will be shifted to the next working day.

10.Other terms and conditions will be intimated in tender documents.
