Note: Other income shall be excluded while arriving at the average annual Turnover.

  1. The bidder must have executed similar type of work during last seven years ending with last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:

One similar completed work of value Rs. 22.19 Lacs minimum.

OR

Two similar completed work of value Rs.13.87 Lacs minimum each

OR

Three similar completed works of value Rs.11.10 Lacs minimum each

Similar Works: Mechanical Maintenance of Timber / Concrete cooling towerincluding maintenance of mechanical equipment like fan blade / gear reducer/drive shaft / flow control valves / replacement of fills in timber/concrete towers.
