5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

1-Supply of Particle Size Analyzer Equipment along with accessories & consumables.

2-Installation & Commissioning of the complete equipment along with all accessories and software (if any) supplied. 3-Training for running of the equipment includes: i) System familiarization and operation of all possible functional

applications, demonstration of calibration procedure	of the equipment. (ii) Calibration and use	of the system for testing
and analysis of Oil colours as per mentioned	methods in technical specification (iii)	General maintenance &
troubleshooting of the equipment and accessories.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1The bidder should be a manufacturer of Particle Size Analyzer. or

An authorized dealer/distributor/channel partner of the manufacturer (as defined in Para 7.1) as on date of opening of Techno commercial proposal and such bidder should be duly authorized by OEM for this tender.

7.2 The bidder and/or their manufacturer should have successfully executed any one of the following similar jobs during preceding Seven years as on the date of Techno Commercial bid opening.

a)Single order of min # 1.107 Million [Rupees One Million One Hundred Seven Thousand] or equivalent in foreign currency.

or

b)Two orders of min # 0.692 Million [Rupees Six Hundred Ninety Two Thousand] or equivalent in foreign currency each.

or

c)Three orders of min # 0.553 Million [Rupees Five Hundred Fifty Three Thousand] or equivalent in foreign currency each.

For order in foreign currency, the exchange rate as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening shall be used.

Similar jobs mean supply Installation and/or Commissioning of #Minimum 01 No. Particle Size Analyzer along with or without Accessories#.

7.3

Financial

Criteria:

The

average

annual turnover of the

bidder in the preceding three

years

as

on

the

date

of

Techno

Commercial

bid opening shall not be less than # 5.534 Million

[Rupees Five

Million

Five

Hundred

Thirty Four

Thousand] or in equivalent foreign currency.

NOTES :-

01.

The work executed means the bidder should have achieved the

criterion specified in the QR, even if the total

contract is started earlier and/or not completed/closed and should have

supplied and Installed and / or Commissioned at

least one number of Particle Size Analyzer along with or without Accessories as in 7.2 above.

02.

In case of contracts under execution as on date of Techno # Commercial bid opening, the value of work executed till

the

date

of

Techno # Commercial bid opening will be considered provided the value of executed work is certified by

the

client

as

completed.

03.

While computing the annual turn over, other income shall not be considered.

04.

For Turnover indicated in foreign currency, the exchange rate as

on 7

days prior to the

date

of

techno-commercial

bid opening shall be used.

05.

In

case

where audited results for the last preceding financial

year are not available, certification of financial

statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

06.

In

case

bid is submitted by the agent on behalf of their manufacturer and order for the

main equipment

is to be

placed

on manufacturer, the turn over

of the manufacturer can also be

considered.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the subject

package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
