vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM

site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to

approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for

issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Miscellaneous job at wagon tippler. Detailed scope of work is attached in C- Folder

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of

bidding documents.

a) The bidder should have experience of unloading of Box-N-Wagons at wagon tippler in a Thermal Power

Station/PSU/Industrial establi shment.

b) The bidder should have executed the job as per para a) above during last seven (7) years ending last day of the

month of previous to one in which bids are opened as any one of the following :

i) One similar executed work costing not less than Rs.43.00 Lacs.

OR

ii) Two similar executed works costing not less than Rs.27.00 Lacs each.

OR

iii) Three similar executed works costing not less than Rs.21.50 Lacs each.

c) The average annual turnover financial turnover of the bidder in the three preceding completed years, as on the date of

bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 54.00 Lacs.

NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such

action.
