This will supersede other clause regarding Bid Security/ EMD submission

 

dead line mentioned anywhere else in the bid document/system.

 

If the EMD amount submitted by any agency is less than the stipulated EMD ,

 

their offer shall be rejected.

Mode of payment

(a) Online:-A complete set of bidding documents may be downloaded by any

 

interested Bidder directly through the payment gateway at our SRM site

 

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in). For logging on the SRM site, the

 

bidder would require vendor code and SRM user ID/Password which can

 

be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as

well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users who has not vendor code in NTPC are required to approach NTPC Kahalgaon at least seven working days prior to document sale close date along with duly filled questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user ID/Password.

 

(b)Offline:- in case the vendor is willing to purchase tender document

 

offline then a DD/Banker’s Cheque shall be made in favour of NTPC Ltd.

 

payable at SBI CSTPP Area Branch Colgong (Branch code:6949) or

 

Allahabad Bank, Branch code:0211932, NTPC Township Branch and should

 

be submitted at NTPC, Kahalgaon.

 

(c) Exemption on Cost of Tender Document: Agencies having NSIC / SSI

 

certificate (For Agencies from Bihar only) can directly apply to the

 

AGM(C&M)/Package co-coordinator along with attested copy of NSIC

 

certificate(attested by Notary) for issue of a copy of tender document.

Qualifying Requirements of the

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDER:-

 

Bidder

1.0

 

The bidder must be a manufacturer or supplier of MS Plates &

 

should have in house facilities for fabrication of Plates as per our

 

approved drawing.

 

2.0 The bidder should have executed similar work to Govt./Semi-

 

Govt./PSU/Power Sector Companies during last seven (07) years

 

ending last day of the month previous to the one in which

 

applications are invited with either of the following:-

 

 

 

a. Three similar works each costing to not less than Rs.19.40 lakhs

 

 

 

OR

 

 

 

b. Two similar works each costing to not less than Rs.24.25 lakhs

 

 

 

OR

 

 

 

c. One similar work costing to not less than Rs.38.80 lakhs

 

3.0 The Average annual financial turnover of the bidder during preceding

 

 

 

three (03) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less

 

 

 

Rs. 72.74 lakhs.

 

NOTE:

 

 

 

 

a) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover. b)

 

In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not

 

available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered

 

Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

 

c) The word “executed” means that the bidder should have achieved

 

the progress specified in the QR even if the total order is not completed

 

closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by th

 

owner.

 

 

 

d) Similar works mean “Manufacturing/supply of MS Plates or supply o

 

fabricated items with MS Plates”.
