3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at NEW DELHI or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Procurement of Air conditioners for BTPS

SPECIAL NOTES:

1)Vendor's have to quote total package cost (that includes all taxes & duties) of each item in item data (online)

2)Price breakup of each item to be given in Price Summary schedule attached in C-folder. Vendors have to fill the Price summary schedule and attached the scan copy in the attachment given in Un priced tab of General data.(Please don't attach the scan copy of price summary schedule in C-folder).

3)All technical details, commercial terms & conditions, qualifying requirements are to be uploaded in C-folder.

4)Detailed specification mentioned in information from purchaser in Item data tab shall be final.

5)If bidders wants to regret some item(for item wise evaluation), please leave all the field in item data-see conditions tab as blank and ignore the warning of item rate being zero.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The following qualifying requirement shall be incorporated in tender:-

i) The bidder or its principal must be a regular manufacturer of the type & tonnage of AC bid. The manufacturer may authorize its distributor/channel partner for biding. However, in such case manufacturer shall undertake guarantee for its equipment.

ii) Bidder can participate for any item in Part-I OR Part-II OR both but QR evaluation will be done part wise to which bidder has quoted .

iii) For Part-I (8.5 TR: Complete A/C Assembly only).

The bidder should have executed any one of the following Similar Works in India in the preceding seven years as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal:

One work of value not less than Rs17.69 lacs (Rupee seventeen lakh and sixty nine thousand only) OR

Two works of value not less than Rs. 11.06 lacs (Rupee Eleven Lakh six thousand only) each. OR

Three works of value not less than of Rs. 8.84 lacs (Rupee eight lakh eighty four thousand only) each.

For Part-II (AC of 3.0 T: AC of split type, AC of 2.0 T split type, AC of 1.5T window type, Spare kit for 1.5ton window AC & AC of 1.5T split type) only.

The bidder should have executed any one of the following Similar Works in India in the preceding seven years as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal:

One work of value not less than Rs. 26.53 lacs (Rupee Twenty six lakh and fifty three thousand only) OR

Two works of value not less than Rs. 16.58 lacs (Rupee Sixteen lakh and fifty eight thousand only) each. OR

Three works of value not less than of Rs. 13.27 lacs (Rupee Thirteen lakh and twenty seven thousand only) each.

Note:

1.#Similar# works means any work which includes #Supply of Air Conditioners.#

2.The work #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and /or is not completed/closed.

3.In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening of Techno #Commercial proposal as certified by the Client shall be considered.

For Part-I (8.5 TR: Complete AC Assembly only).

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal should not be less than Rs. 75.81 lakh (Rupee seventy five lakh eighty one thousand only)

For Part-II (AC of 3.0 T: AC of split type, AC of 2.0 T split type, AC of 1.5T window type, Spare kit for 1.5ton window AC & AC of 1.5T split type) only.

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal should not be less than Rs. 113.71 lakh (Rupee One crore thirteen lakh and seventy one thousand only)

Note:

1.While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

2.In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
