3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at NEW DELHI or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Electric Hoist 5 Ton Capacity - BTPS

CLASS OF DUTY :CLASS IV AS PER IS-3938. LOCATION INDOOR.

TRACK BEAM SIZE:ISMB300. NO OF FALLS :FOUR.

HOOK:HIGH TENSILE FROGED STEEL. DIA OF HOOK PULLY-300MM. HOISTING SPEED :04-05 METERS/ MIN.(+/-10%)

HOISTING MOTOR :7.5HP Sq.CAGE.MAKE -ABB/CROUPTION. CROSS TRAVEL SPEED:12-15 METERS/MIN. (+/-10%).

CROSS TRAVEL MOTOR :1.00HP Sq.CAGE.MAKE ABB/CROPTION. ROPE DRUM MATERIAL:SEAMLESS PIPE.AS PER IS-3938.

WIRE ROPE: USHA MARTIN MAKE.

WIRE ROPE DIA & TYPE:12MM.6X36 CONSTRUCTION.UNGULVANISED.

GEAR BOX DETAILS:ALL GEARS & PINION SHALL BE OF EN8/ EN9 MATERIAL. TYPE OF BRAKE: DISC TYPE BRAKE MAKE TSS.

TROLLY WHEELS: MATERIALS EN8 / EN9. BEARINGS: FAG/SKF.

CONTROL PANEL DEATAILS:ALL SWEETCHGEARS OF L&T/SIEMENS. SAFETY FEATURES :LIMIT SWITCH FOR OVER HOISTING.OVER LOWERING. POWER SUPPLY: 415V.3PH.AC.50Hz.

OPERATION:THROUGH PENDANT PUSH BUTTON STATION.

DETAILS AND NOTES:

1-THE HOIST IS TO BE USED FOR REMOVING THE SCREENS FROM THE GUIDE AND AFTER CLEANING,THE SCREENS SHALL BE PUT INTO THE GUIDE.

2-THE SCREENS WILL BE CLEANED OVER A PLATEFROM AS SHOWN IN DRAWING.

3-THE TOTAL END TO END LENGTH OF HOIST ASSEMBLY SHOULD NOT BE MORE THEN 02METERS.

NOTE; The attached drawing is only for tendering purpose.

Quality Checks:-

1.Detailed Drawing/ Datasheet and Bill of material, clearly stating the make, model, rating, and capacity, etc. of various mechanical and electrical items is to be got approved from the indentor.

2.Pre dispatch inspection as per IS-3938 or any other relevant standard, approved Drawing/ Datasheet, and approved Bill of material shall be carried out at the vendor#s works.

3.Manufacturer#s Test certificate for induction motor is to be submitted at the time of inspection.

4.Test certificate for all material, Internal test-reports, Guarantee and Compliance certificate to be submitted at the time of inspection.

Important Notes for Bidders:

1.Bidder are requested to submit offer online in SRM, Hard copy is not acceptable.

2.Detailed specification mentioned in information from purchaser in Item data tab shall be final.

3.Bidders are requested to open output preview and cross verify the quoted rates, P&F charges, taxes, duties, transportation, insurance

etc.

4.Bidders are requested to quote either with VAT or CST. BTPS is situated in Delhi , Bidder supplying material from outside Delhi are requested to quote CST and Bidder supply material from Delhi are requested to quote VAT. Bidder may pls note that BTPS is authorized to issue C- form ,where ever applicable.

5.If bidders wants to regret some item(for item wise evaluation), pls leave all the field in item data-see conditions tab as blank and ignore the warning of item rate being zero.

6.All the catalogues/Technical data/part number etc are to be attached in C # Folder.

7.You are requested to quote as per unit of measurement and per unit quantity required in item data

Say if the rates are required to filled up per 1 number, the price for 1 number should be filled up in item data.

Say if the rates are required to be filled up per 1 meter/ 1 MT, the price for 1 meter/ 1 MT should be filled up in item data.

Don#t# change the unit of measurement or per -----

number.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The following qualifying requirement shall be incorporated in tender:-

1.0 (a) The vendor must be a Original Equipment Manufacturer of Electric Hoist / EOT Cranes.

(b) The vendor must have in-house Load-Testing facility of minimum capacity suitable for quoted Electric Operated Hoist.

2.0 The bidder should have executed any one of the following Similar Works In India in the preceding seven years as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal:

One Work of value not less than Rs 7.39 lacs (Rupee Seven lakh and thirty Nine thousand only)

Two works of value not less than Rs 4.62 lacs (Rupee Four lakh and Sixty two thousand only) each.

Three works of value not less than of Rs 3.70 lacs (Rupee Three lakh and Seventy thousand only) each.

Note:

2.1#Similar# works means any work which includes:

# Supply of Electric Hoist of capacity SWL-05MT or above#.

2.2The work #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed/closed.

2.3In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening of Techno- Commercial proposal as certified by the Client shall be considered.

3.0 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal should not be less than Rs 18.48 lacs ( Rupee Eighteen lakh and forty eight thousand only ).

Note:

3.1While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

3.2In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.
