6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

2) The bidder must have experience of having successfully executed Purchase order for supply of Boiler Tubes to any thermal power station or manufacturer of boiler of capacity of 200MW or above during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:
2.1 Three orders of value not less than Rs. 36.65 lacs each. OR
2.2 Two orders of value not less than Rs. 45.81 lacs each. OR
2.3 Single order of value not less than Rs. 73.30 lacs each.
3) Bidder must be well known tube maker certified by Central Boiler Board. OR
The bidder must be an authorized dealer of such manufacturer of boiler tube as mentioned above. OR
The bidder must be manufacturer of boiler of 200MW capacity or more.
Notes:
1) The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed/ closed.
2) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
3) In cases where audited |
results |
for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial |
statements from a practicing |
chartered |
accountant shall also be considered acceptable. |
Important Note: The bidder should submit proof of meeting QR as detailed above along with the technical bid for evaluation.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

11. REGARDING TENDER FEES (this is in continuation of Sl. No.4 above):
1. Tender fee may be submitted in the form of a Crossed Account Payee Demand Draft in favour of NTPC Limited and en-cashable at State Bank of India, Bijpur (Rihand Nagar) branch code no. 7523 OR Union Bank of India, Rihand Nagar Branch code no. 550116 and same may be send to the address mentioned at s.no.10 above well in advance before document sale close date.
2. SME vendors having valid Micro and Small Enterprise Certificate shall be exempted from payment of Tender Fee. Bidders seeking, exemption should enclose a photocopy of valid registration certificate giving details such as validity, monetary limit, stores etc. Same may be send to the address mentioned at s.no.10 above well in advance before document sale close date.
3. Bid document is not transferable.
