3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail ROTOR BLADE

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.01Proven experience

The bidder should be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Siemens make Gas Turbine/ manufacturer of Siemens

make Gas turbine blade or its equivalent design and have already supplied at least two (2) sets			of Stage-I or II air cooled
blades/vanes (out of two sets minimum one set	should be blades) for Siemens make Gas turbine or its equivalent designs of
minimum 100 MW ISO rating. At least one (1) set out of above two (2) sets		blades or vanes should have satisfactorily
completed one hot gas path inspection or Major overhaul (minimum 15000 EOH).
AND

1.02Specific Plant Related Technology and Capability

Bidder must either himself possess or have access to the necessary technology for manufacturing and coating of air cooled blades of Siemens make Gas Turbine model No.V94.2 or its equivalent design applicable for Dadri Gas Power Station having ISO rating of 142.42 MW at TIT of 1060 deg.C.

Bidder at his option can also outsource any of the activities required for manufacturing and coating of the above blades subject to the condition that the chosen outsource agency by the bidder also have the necessary technology for manufacturing/ coating of air cooled blades of Siemens make Gas turbine model No. V94.2 or its equivalent design applicable for Dadri Gas Power Station having ISO rating of 142.42 MW at T I T of 1060 deg. C.

1.03 The bidder can be a licensee or authorized agent of Gas turbine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or its equivalent design. In such case, the bidder can be considered qualified based on the experience of the Principal who meets the requirements mentioned at para 1.01 and 1.02 above.

2.0	NTPC has the right to assess the capability and capacity of the bidder for carrying out the manufacturing and/or coating of
the	required air cooled blades of Siemens V94.2 machines of its Dadri Plant.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
