bidder would require |
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained |
by submitting a questionnaire |
available at our SRM |
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not |
allotted any vendor code are required to |
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale |

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
Dual Channel Vibration Data collector Analyser cum Balancer
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
a) |

should be a manufacturer/authorised supplier of dual channel vibration data collector, analyser-cum-balancer. |
b) |
The |

bidder should have supplied equipment |
as per para (a) during last 7 year ending last |
day of the month |
of |
previous to one in which bids are opened as any of the following : |

executed work costing not less than Rs.9.50 lacs |

|
|

(ii) |

than Rs.6.00 lacs each. |

(iii) Three similar executed works costing not less than Rs.4.50 lacs each. |

|
NOTE:- The bidder should have repair/calibration facility in India.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
