3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DADRI or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Please refer c-folder for details scope of work and other terms and conditions of tender documents.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Bidder should meet the QR stipulated hereunder:

1.Bidder should either be a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 or a partnership/ proprietorship firm.

2.The bidder should be registered/ working with any public sector undertaking/ Govt. / Semi Govt. organization or a reputed private company/organization.

3.The average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three(3) financial years, as on date of techno-commercial bid opening, should not be less than Rs.50.52Million.

4.Bidder should have successfully executed cement concrete road work(s) in the preceding seven (7) years prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening meeting any one of the following criteria:

a)One work having not less than 6400 cum of cement concrete road or contract value not less than Rs.40.41 Million including the cost of material or Rs.28.76 million excluding the cost of material.

OR

b) Two works, each having not less than 4000 cum of cement concrete road or contract value not less than Rs.25.26 Million including the cost of material or Rs.17.98 million excluding the cost of material.

OR

c) Three works, each having not less than 3200 cum of cement concrete road or contract value not less than Rs.20.20 Million including the cost of material or Rs.14.38 million excluding the cost of material.

5.Bidder should have a valid Provident Fund Code Number &PAN from IT Department.

6.Bidder should have Service Tax Registration.

The bidder is requested to provide the following documents and the details related to each and every requirement of qualifying requirement and indicate the same in the format. (Attached in unpriced bid online i.e c-folder).

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
