3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

	SCOPE OF WORK
Installation of 150 metre bore well for bore well no. 04 & 09 including		transportation of Rig machine compressor with
T&P including	erection of rig machine compressor and dismantling of	same after rebore of tub well no. 04 & 09
complete as per	requirement.

TERMS AND CONDITION

1.The work shall be executed in Township at NTPC-Unchahar.

2.The scope of work under this contract shall be #Installation of bore well for bore well no.04 & 09 in Township at

NTPC-Unchahar# as per the direction of EIC and BOQ /specifications.

3.All T&P, manpower and consumable required for the work shall be arranged by agency.

6.Work completion period shall be 06 months from the date of start.

7.Defect liability period 01 (one) year.

8.Electric and water for this work will be arrange by the NTPC free of cost.

9.After installation of bore well agency has to make necessary

arrangement for	connection of	pipe	form new bore well		to existing bore well pipe line	to	supply	of water in
township.
10. Agency has to make necessary		arrangement for		proper connection and operation of chlorine		dozing plant for supply
of water in township. All necessary		tools	and plants	for dozing	plant shall be arrange and provide	by	agency	free of cost
for operation dozing	plant.

11. All nuts, bolts, washers etc. and other required material for connection of pipe etc. will be arrange by agency free of cost.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

a)The bidder should have executed the work of installation of tube well with at least 150mm dia pipe.

b)	The	bidder	should have executed similar work [as			per	para (a)] during last seven (7) years ending last day of the
month previous			to one in which bids are opened as any of the following :-
(i)	One	similar	executed	work of	value not less than	Rs.	27.00	lacs.
								OR
(ii)	Two	similar executed		works	of value not less than	Rs.	17.00	lacs each.
								OR

(iii) Three similar executed works of value not less than Rs. 13.50 lacs each.

The average	annual	turnover of the	bidder in the three preceding completed financial years, as on the date of bid
opening shall	not be	less than Rs. 68.00	lacs.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
