However, ash will be supplied / issued as per APCPL terms and conditions & in pursuance with MoEF Gazette Notification dated 03.11.2009 with latest amendments, if any.

We understand that Dry Fly Ash quality to be supplied would be on “as available basis” from Dry Ash Silos and / or HCSD silo chutes and we have to arrange transportation at our own cost in Tankers bulkers/ closed trucks in an eco-friendly manner abiding with all applicable laws and rules & regulations.

It is agreed by us that APCPL will provide us points for collection of fly ash from ASH SILOS and shall not be responsible for any consequences in respect of utilization of fly ash in any manner what-so-ever.

Total period of allotment may be upto two (2) years. We understand that our performance shall be reviewed on quarterly and / or annual basis and APCPL / IGSTPP reserves the right to either to terminate the Allotment Letter or reduce the annual allotted quantity as per the terms & conditions of the said Allotment Letter, in case the performance level is found to be unacceptable. The decision of APCPL / IGSTPP in this regard shall be final and binding.

We understand that APCPL may carry out physical inspection, prior to allotment, at our

Manufacturing Unit(s) to assess reasonability of our requirement. We undertake to co-operate during above inspection and we agree to produce/provide/furnish all relevant available back up documents as may be demanded from us. The methodology of APCPL for assessment of our requirement of ash & the outcome of the assessment so done shall be final & binding on us.

We have read all terms and conditions for ‘Issue of Dry ESP Fly ash (DFA) on Free of Charge basis to Fly Ash/Clay Fly Ash- Bricks, Blocks and Tiles manufacturers’ and accept the same for implementation.

We further understand that we shall be liable and responsible for payment towards any taxes, duties, levies, octroi etc. applicable/enforced (by State/ Central Government) or as may be applicable due to enforcement of APCPL’s Policy / Guidelines from time to time during the allocation period.

Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Supply of Dry ESP Fly ash on free of charge basis to Fly Ash / Clay Fly Ash – Bricks, Blocks & Tiles manufacturers from Indira Gandhi Super Thermal Power Project, District Jhajjar, Haryana

Aravali Power Company Private Limited (APCPL), a Joint Venture of NTPC Limited, HPGCL & IPGCL, invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from interested parties engaged in manufacture of fly ash/ clay fly ash based – Bricks, Blocks & Tiles, in the prescribed format for issue of Dry ESP fly ash, on free of charge basis, from Dry Ash Silos and / or HCSD silo chutes of APCPL’s Thermal Power Project namely Indira Gandhi Super Thermal Power Project (IGSTPP) located at Village Jharli, Distt. Jhajjar in Haryana which may be considered for enlistment and allocation. The ash quantity that may be made available to such parties is as given below:

Interested parties are requested to submit their requirement as per enclosed format.

Dry Fly Ash to be supplied would be on “as available basis” from Dry Ash Silos and / or HCSD silos chutes or from any other location (inside/outside the plant premises) and interested parties shall have to arrange transportation at their own cost in bulkers/closed trucks for fly ash. APCPL/ IGSTPP reserves the right to allocate fly ash on free of charge basis as may be allowed under the Law. The Supply of fly ash may be made free of charge to eligible manufacturers as defined by MoEF’s Gazette Notification dated 03.11.2009 read with latest amendment, if any. In case demand for free supply of fly ash exceeds the supply to be made under the law, the allocation of quantity of such fly ash may be done on pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of APCPL/IGSTPP. APCPL/IGSTPP may enlist/empanel interested parties for supply of dry ESP fly ash.

The period of allocation for Supply of fly Ash from Dry Ash Silos and / or HCSD silo chutes may be 2 years to be decided at the sole discretion of APCPL / IGSTPP.

Successful parties shall be liable and responsible for payment towards any taxes, duties, levies, octroi etc. applicable/enforced (by State/ Central Government) from time to time during the tenure of the allotment.

Interested Parties may send their EoI duly filled in the prescribed format to address mentioned below on or before – 15/01/2015 (up to 14.30Hrs)

The format may be downloaded from either www.ntpc.co.in, www.ntpctender.com or nvvn website and may also be obtained from the address given below up to 31/12/2014 (up to 12.00Hrs)

The proposals received against this “Invitation for Expression of Interest” shall be opened on 15/01/2014 at 15.00 hrs in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
