Post/Speed Post. Intending Bidders are advised to post their Bid Security

 

(EMD)/ NSIC or any other valid documents seeking exemption of bid

 

security well in advance so as to reach us before the date & time of bid

 

opening, otherwise their bids shall be rejected.

 

This will supersede other clause regarding Bid Security/ EMD submission

 

dead line mentioned anywhere else in the bid document/system.

 

If the EMD amount submitted by any agency is less than the stipulated

 

EMD , their offer shall be rejected.

Mode of payment for tender fee

(a) Online:-A complete set of bidding documents may be downloaded

 

by any interested Bidder directly through the payment gateway at

 

our SRM site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in). For logging on the

SRM site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user

ID/Password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users who has not vendor code in NTPC are required to approach NTPC Kahalgaon at least three working days prior to document sale close date alongwith duly filled questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user ID/Password.

 

(b)Offline:- in case the vendor is willing to purchase tender document

 

offline then a DD/Banker’s Cheque shall be made in favour of NTPC

 

Ltd. payable at SBI CSTPP Area Branch Colgong (Branch code:6949) or

 

Allahabad Bank, Branch code:0211932, NTPC Township Branch and

 

should be submitted at NTPC, Kahalgaon.

 

(c) Exemption on Cost of Tender Document: Agencies having NSIC/

 

SSI certificate (For Agencies from Bihar only) can directly apply to the

 

AGM(C&M)/Package co-coordinator along with attested copy of NSIC

 

certificate(attested by Notary) for issue of a copy of tender

 

document.
