3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at New Delhi or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

The scope includes supply, installation & commissioning including training for 3D Modeling software for Sensor and Robotics Lab at NETRA , Greater Noida.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1The bidder should be the Owner of the intellectual property rights of the offered 3D Modeling software solution or an Indian subsidiary of the company that owns the intellectual property rights for the offered 3D Modeling software solution as on the date of opening of Techno-commercial proposal.

The bidder should be a Channel Partner/System Integrator/dealer duly authorized by the Owner of the intellectual property rights of the offered 3D Modeling software solution or Indian subsidiary of the company that owns the intellectual property rights for the offered 3D Modeling software solution as above for this tender and should quote only for their products.

7.2The bidder and/or Owner of the intellectual property rights of the offered 3D Modeling software solution and/or Indian subsidiary of the company that owns the intellectual property rights for the offered 3D Modeling software solution should have executed following similar works which includes Supply and Installation of 3D Modeling software in India, in the preceding three years as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal (in successful operation)

One Work of value not less than Rs. 10 lakh (Rupees Ten lakh only). OR

Two works of value not less than Rs. 6.27 lakh (Rupees Six lakh Twenty Seven thousand only) each. OR

Three works of value not less than Rs. 5 lakh (Rupees Five lakh only) each.

Note: For order in foreign currency, the exchange rate as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening shall be used

7.3 The bidder and/or Owner of the intellectual property rights of the offered 3D Modeling software solution and/or Indian subsidiary of the company that owns the intellectual property rights for the offered 3D Modeling software solution should have supplied, the 3D Modeling software quoted, to minimum 4 (four) different institutions or Industries across India.

The supplies of 3D Modeling software quoted made any other dealer shall also be considered acceptable.

7.4 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the date of opening of Techno-commercial proposal should not be less than Rs. 81 lakh (Rupees Eighty One Lakh only).

Note:

1.1The word #executed# means the bidder and/or Owner of the intellectual property rights of the offered 3D Modeling software solution or an Indian subsidiary of the company should have achieved the criteria specified even if the total contract is not completed / closed. However, the work executed must include Supply and Installation 3D Modeling software in India.(in successful operation).

1.2In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal as certified by the Employer shall be considered. However, the work executed must include Supply and Installation 3D Modeling software in India.

1.3While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

1.4In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

1.5In case bid is submitted by the agent on behalf of the Owner of the intellectual property rights of the offered 3D Modeling software solution and order is to be placed on the manufacturer, the turnover of Owner of the intellectual property rights of the offered 3D Modeling software solution or an Indian subsidiary of the company can also be considered.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
