1.0NTPC Kawas invites request from eligible bidders for SUPPLY OF POZZOLANA PORTLAND CEMENT (PPC) AS PER IS: 1489 Pt-1 IN 50 KG HDPE BAGS through e-tendering without reverse auctioning as per the scope of work briefly mentioned at para 4.0 below:

3.0Qualifying Requirements:
3.1The vendor should be a cement manufacturer or authorized dealer of cement manufacturer of OPC/PPC Cement as per relevant IS.
3.2The average Annual Turnover during last three completed financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 19.2 lacs.

3.3During the last three financial years, the intending bidder should have executed atleast:-
- Single order of Rs. 7.68 Lacs OR
- Two orders of Rs.4.8 Lacs each OR
- Three orders of Rs. 3.84 Lacs each
Note:
i)The word executed means the bidders should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed/closed and the same shall be supported by documentary evidences.
4.0Brief scope of work:
The scope covers SUPPLY OF POZZOLANA PORTLAND CEMENT (PPC) AS PER IS: 1489 Pt-1 IN 50 KG HDPE BAGS at NTPC Kawas.
5.0A Complete set of bidding Document may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non- refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned at Para 2.0 above directly through the payment gateway at our SRM site, (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require Vendor Code and SRM user Id and Password. First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least Seven working days prior to Document Sale Close date for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password. Issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
6.0Tender documents are Non transferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender documents are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original bidder in whose name the tender documents are sold / downloaded can submit the offer.
7.0Bid Security (if applicable), in original, for the requisite amount as stipulated in Para 2.0 above shall be submitted prior to the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given herein below. If Bid Security in Original, in a separate sealed cover is not received or bids for which Bid security of inadequate value is received the same shall not be entertained and in such cases bids shall not be opened.
8.0 This Tender is being executed in e-tendering mode without reverse auctioning.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids/IFB without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
