5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail SUPPLY OF FLUSH DOOR
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
(a)The bidder should be a manufacturer of flush door shutter and should have BIS licence for manufacturing flush door shutters as per IS:2202 (Part-2) valid on date of bid opening.
(b)The bidder should have supplied IS marked flush door shutter confirming to IS:2202 (Part-2) during the last 07 years ending last day of the month of previous to one in which bids are opened as any of the following:-
i) One similar executed work of value not less than Rs.18.50 lacs OR
ii)Two similar executed works of value not less than Rs.11.50 lacs each.
OR
iii)Three similar executed works of value not less than Rs.9.00 lacs each.
(c)The average annual turnover of the bidder in the three preceding completed financial years, as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.23.00 lacs.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have |
any claim arising out of such |
action. |
